Shrenik Gandhi is a dual-qualified Lawyer and Chartered Accountant with a unique blend of expertise in legal, financial and corporate practice over 15 years and he brings a sophisticated understanding of complex commercial and corporate disputes particularly involving commercial and financial issues. Shrenik has sat/is sitting as an arbitrator or has acted as a counsel in various arbitrations.

Shrenik’s career began in accounting in 2010, where he honed his skills at Ernst & Young focusing on taxation and transfer pricing issues for a wide range of clients. From 2012 to 2018, he continued his practice as an independent practitioner gaining extensive experience in financial dispute resolution, corporate structuring and restructuring.

In 2018, Shrenik officially founded SRG Legal, his own law chambers, where he has since practiced as an advocate, arbitrator, counsel and an advisor. His legal practice is built around complex commercial litigation and arbitration, often involving financial and tax-related disputes, where his dual qualifications provide a distinct advantage in understanding both the legal and accounting dimensions of cases.

- Advising and drafting a Joint Venture Agreement for an entity based in Spain, engaged in the business of elevator guide rails, to set-up and build a manufacturing plant in India.
- Advising and drafting a Shareholders Agreement for an entity based in India and Singapore engaged in the business of developing digital platform for a global maritime business.
- Assisted an entity based in The Netherlands for a joint venture with a large Indian conglomerate, for manufacturing of laminated/multi-layered panels and other light weight products to be installed in metro/high-speed train interiors.
- Assisted an Indian family for dilution of their stake in an Indo-German venture, which venture was engaged in the business of manufacturing, distribution and trading of chemical products.
- Assisted Indian promoters for acquisition of majority stake in a publicly traded entity, from an entity based in Germany.
